Acceptable Use Policy

Skull Cap AI turns one photo into a short skull cap trend clip. It stays fun only when the person in the photo is happy to be in it. These rules cover every upload and every video, and they form part of our Terms of Service.

Ask first

• Upload photos of yourself, or of people who said yes to being in an AI video.
• Use photos you took or are allowed to use. Don't grab pictures from someone else's profile.

Not allowed, ever

Anyone under 18. No photos of minors, even with a parent's OK, even of your own kids.

Celebrities and public figures. No actors, singers, rappers, influencers, athletes, politicians or royals, and no lookalikes. That includes the artists behind the song and the creators of the trend videos.

Sexual content. No nude or sexual photos, and no attempts to push a video in that direction.

Videos made to hurt someone. No content meant to humiliate, bully, threaten, stalk or shame a real person, including exes, classmates and coworkers.

Misleading videos of real people. Don't pass a video off as real footage, use it to pretend to be someone, spread false claims about a person, or scam anyone.

Hate. Nothing that targets people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.

Anything illegal. Nothing that breaks the law where you are or violates someone else's rights.

Posting your video

Don't present your clip as real footage. Most apps ask you to mark AI-generated content, so switch on the AI label when there is one. If someone in your video asks you to delete it, please do.

If the rules are broken

We may block uploads, stop renders, remove content and close accounts that break these rules. When our automatic content check blocks a photo or a finished video, the credits are not charged or go back to your balance. Credits used on renders we stop by hand for breaking these rules are not refunded. Content involving minors or real threats may be passed on to the authorities.

Reporting a video

Found a video made with our tool that shows you without your OK, or that breaks these rules? Email support@skull-cap-ai.com with where you saw it and what's wrong. We act on reports within 2 business days.
